How the negotiations work per area
The enterprises in Spektrum are divided into so-called collective agreement areas. This year's settlement in an enterprise can only be published and executed when the settlement has been closed in the area in question.
In practice, this means that as long as a company in an area has not agreed, the other companies in the same area cannot announce what they have agreed on in this year's local wage settlement.
